Q. How can I get CG Freelancer?

A. CG Freelancer is available through the iTunes store and the Google Play store. Just search on ‘CG Freelancer’ or ‘CGFreelancer’ (all one word) and you’ll find it.

Q. CG Freelancer doesn’t seem to want to download on my iPhone.

 A. If you don’t have your phone connected to a wireless internet service it can take what seems like forever to download. Make sure your internet connection is on, then try again.

Q. CG Freelancer crashes when I try to open it on my iPad or iPhone. What should I do?

Q. I subscribed on my iPhone. I would like to be able to read the magazine on my iPad as well.

A. As long as you are signed in on both devices with the same Apple ID on both devices, CG Freelancer should automatically appear on each.

Q: I upgraded to a newer iOS version and now I can’t find the magazine.

A: Tap on the yellow subscribe button, then tap “Restore All Purchases” (you must be logged in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe or purchase magazine originally). Apple will restore your purchases.
